My recent stay at the 5-star Marriott in Berlin was truly exceptional, delivering a top-notch experience in every aspect. From the friendly check-in to the attentive staff, the service was outstanding throughout. The room itself was a haven of comfort, featuring modern decor and stunning city views. The quality of sleep was superb, thanks to the plush bedding and thoughtful room design. The central location made it easy to explore Berlin's attractions and shopping districts. Whether I was enjoying the hotel's luxury or exploring the city, the Marriott's prime location added convenience to my stay. In summary, the 5-star Marriott in Berlin exceeded expectations, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the lavish accommodations to the exceptional service and prime location, it truly deserves its status as a top-tier hotel in the heart of Berlin.

Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel with spacious rooms, great service, and comfortable bed. Checking in was good and the front desk staff are really friendly and accommodating. The lobby is really nice and plenty of spaces to enjoy the hotel. They upgraded me and I was able to get a room that was recently renovated on the sixth floor corner suite. The bed and linens were comfortable and no noise. The seats in the room are not that comfortable, but nice to look at. I also liked that there was carpeting only around the bed. They did a great job with the renovation and I was able to see the contrast of the halls when I used the pool and steam room. They added lightning throughout the hallway and had a lighter color pallet, which made a huge difference. Limitations for me were the shower had low pressure and the location is close to museums, but a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants so not so bad. Definitely get the breakfast if you’re not a member. I ate a pound of prosciutto and one of the top breakfast buffets. The executive lounge was nice, but they could do better with the snacks. However, The drink options were great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We had an overall great experience. The staff is what makes it all. The front desk was always accommodating and the three gentlemen at the Executive Lounge were fabulous. Always knew our name and and always said hello. The rooms are a bit dated, but the pool area, main lobby, and lounge are so elegant. We’d highly recommend.

Internal design is very appealing and modern, added by the kindness of the staff. Rooms are comfortable but standard. The fitness studio and spa are a great way to relax. Short taxi ride from Center and Bahnhof. Would stay here again :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
