This hotel is fantastic for its location and the superb quality of its accommodations. The rooms are well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are clean and designed with attention to detail. The hotel staff is friendly and constantly dedicated to ensuring our stay is as enjoyable as possible. They go out of their way to assist us with our needs or questions, adding an extra layer of hospitality to my experience. I highly recommend it not only for its convenient location but also for its well-maintained rooms, friendly staff, and the overall great experience it offers. Great 1 night stay. Excellent recognition of Elite Benefits (the Panoramic suite had a stunning view). Very quick check in and check out. Very good location with Christmas markets right outside the hotel. If we end up in Frankfurt again. We will 100% come AGAIN! The SMALL things that could be improved would be: 1) None of the electronics worked properly. Radio in the washroom, the 2 TVs were duplicative, making it impossible to watch TV. 2) Again minor, but it would be nice to have toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms. But they were provided on demand.

This hotel could write the book on how give the perfect experience to a guest. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was stunning as well as the view of the city. It was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best. Fresh squeezed juices, omlette bar, smoked salmon, capers, etc. There was no detail forgotten. The location was superb with just a short walk to the main center. Thank you for an unforgettable visit!

This hotel is amazing, we loved our stay here. I used to live in Frankfurt and this is in a great location to walk everywhere. The service is wonderful and our room was apparently brand new and just perfect (and had a little sweet welcome gift ready for us on the table). Big bathroom with free standing tub - the entire separating wall could be opened up - wak in shower and separated toilet. The TV stand was separating the living room and bedroom area with the TV rotating to both sides to either enjoy it from the bed or the couch. The room was super spacious, I was very impressed. Coming from the US with ridiculous room prices and no service, this was a delightful change and just made our stay so much better after not being back in Europe for 5 years. Fun were the central controls for all lights (themes) and electric curtains. I would come back anytime and already suggested the hotel to many others. The bar had great service too and the very young bartender had great knowledge and was able to make any drink. We were sad when we had to leave since this was the most relaxing stay we had for a long time. Thank you for this great experience.

An excellent, excellent hotel. . Its location is - literally - the best. At walking distance from every place where a visitor would like to go, in Frankfurt. . Immediately next to the hotel, in the adjacent building, there is a 3-level indoor shopping mall, with numerous and various stores, restaurants, eateries… From there, you exit into a vast shopping and leisure area. You walk a little bit more, and you are already in that beautiful Square of the city, or the historic Opera area. . The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, well lighted. An entire wall is fully covered with big windows. The thermostat is in the room. It is not “central”. So, you control your own ambient temperature (no, alas, it is not this way in all the hotels…). . We were greeted in the nicest, warmest, most hospitable – and also, most useful – way possible. Even after we got into our room, a nice lady brought us a delicious piece of sweet pastry… . Every member of the staff, in any department, was kind, amicable, helpful, sincerely eager to make your stay as satisfactory as humanly possible. And as far as we are concerned, they certainly succeeded in that purpose. . We were provided with bottled water, every day, for free. Delivered in our room, without having to ask for it. The maintenance people would just replace any empty bottle. The initial contents of the mini-bar, integrated to the mini-fridge, was… free !! It is only the second content that would become payable (perhaps this generous gift was limited to the Christmas period, but even in that case, it was an unusual gesture, which we appreciated very much) . A nice coffee machine was also in the room, free of charge for as much as you want to use it. . The breakfast was excellent. In addition to the vast, clean and delicious buffet, it included also personalized, à-la-carte choices, without any extra charge. . The restaurant is also high-quality. . And all this, for a very reasonable price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
