Large, clean rooms. Amenities like chargers and adapters provided in room. Spacious lobby and friendly courteous staff. Walking distance to the HangZhou Towers A/B/C/D. Nice view of the Xi Hu from the Lounge.

Had a hard time checking in as they can't find our Agoda reservation. Also paid a different amount as stated from our booking. It's unfortunate but we got a free breakfast in return. Anyway, the staffs are very accommodating. They have at least 1 person who can communicate well in English who helped us book a taxi going to West Lake. Sadly, there's not many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Either that or they were all closed early. Glad we found a small Chinese diner near the hotel. Great food. The owner's daughter who was still in her school uniform took and served our orders. She spoke good English 🥹.

Top notch service and gym and pool facility. Stuff offered to walk you and take your luggage to the elevator and room. Always very polite when they see you at anytime of the day. Good experience. King size room is big and comfortable with desk and sofa lounge to lay down and read books. Overall good experience!

I stayed in JW Marriott Hangzhou during my business trip to Hangzhou in May 2017. The location of the hotel is nice. Staff members were friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was nice though I did not get chance to visit other restaurants. Sleep was peaceful. Bathroom was nice and even they provided small TV in bathroom also.

The staffs are always so helpful and friendly, I have stayed here several times now and this hotel never fails to pamper me. The room is so clean, comfortable and very well maintained. JW Marriott is definitely living up to its name in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
