        We received a warm welcome and generous upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much for Soon and Karman’s outstanding and professional service at check in. Although the hotel doesn’t have butler service; Soon walked us to our suite and later on the housekeeping delivered the welcome sweets, fruits and wine. These all made us feel we’re recognized and appreciated as Titanium member after 110 nights stay with Marriott in 2023. The suite was stunning, spacious with magnificence luxury bathroom and separate walk-in closet and made-up area. The resort complex is very convenience, with a huge connected shopping mall and casino. All staffs we encountered are enthusiastic, polite and professional. Shout out to Jessie and Grace at the executive lounge for their hospitality, making us feel very welcomed! Always providing great recommendations and delivering best of the best service.

        Everything was great. Thank you for the suite room upgrade. Staffs at club lounge are very friendly, especially the lounge manager Chloe Look. A bit drawback is inside the room or on the hall way can smell the smoking smell. Hotel should really enforce non-smoking policy on non-smoking floors. Those who want to smoke, please put them on the smoking floors.

        I have been to a lot of Marriotts (I also used to work at one as well). This one had the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel ever. Iris at the front was amazing, and even wrote a note to our son! The house keeping is very detailed. Even the staff at the breakfast were extremely cordial and kind. This is a great hotel for kids especially because you have access to the Grand Resort Desk as well. It is also really close to the strip and has free shuttles to the other side of Macao. My family will definitely be coming here again.

        The room is very cozy and spatial, the bathtub is clean and well maintained, like it very much. The sofa is wide and comfy. Also has a proper desk that you can use for work. The extra money for breakfast is really worth to enjoy, the quantity and quality is way more than what you paid, high CP value.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
