Impressed with the latest features and plethora of amenities this posh hotel has to offer. Located very close to the airport and in a calm environment. All the staff that I interacted with had made me feel special, all through my stay, as a loyal and Titanium Elite member.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott hotel, and I highly recommend it. It's close by to the airport, but still in a good driving distance to the main attractions of Muscat. The rooms were very clean and nice to stay in. All members of the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The concierge at the front desk has great recommendations for things to do in the city and helped us make reservations for restaurants.

I love everything about this hotel... luxurious, very clean big rooms and rain shower in bathroom plus bathtub... amazing breakfast and room service. Complimentary fruit baskets and small desserts delivered to room. The staff everywhere in hotel are super kind sweet and extremely helpful... shout out to Farhat at concierge area who was super friendly, hospitable and took care of us when my daughter forgot her ipad in the room after checkout! Alhamdulillah they found it and gave it back :)

Our Christmas escape at JW Marriott Muscat was a delight. The staff's exceptional hospitality made our 6-year-old feel pampered, with chefs impressing us daily with delicious surprises, including adorable pancakes for her. The thoughtful gestures extended to daily Christmas gifts and a special herb jar from the chef, enhancing our stay with warmth. JW Marriott excels in creating an extraordinary guest experience. Highly recommended, and we eagerly anticipate our return to this exceptional retreat.
