The beginning was a little shaky but management was able to rectify the situation. It did end up being a good New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day! The view from in front of the hotel was really nice and it was good that they block off the sidewalk in front all of the beach hotels so you kind of have your own private area. It was really amazing!

Updated my review as I stopped at the location 3 times within 9 months. As you get familiar with the place, it looks dated, needs some repairs... Great location but that's it. Restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. Reception is chaotic.

I stayed with extended family members and friends at the hotel for a wedding party for my daughter and her husband. Everything was perfect: The staff: super friendly, efficient and helpful. The accommodations: rooms with new carpets, beautiful view of the beach. Excellent bed and bathroom. The location: Excellent. The rooftop is amazing. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rio.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. Upon check-in, when the gentleman found out it was my first time in Brazil, he upgraded my room to an ocean view and it did not disappoint. I was there for a business trip and sadly, a few days in I got sick. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable at all times. They would periodically come to my room just to check on me and see if I needed anything. It also helped that the food was amazing; the buffet breakfast and food off the menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience top notch customer service and food.

Unpleasant experience from the moment we arrived. I had email confirmation and checked into a ocean view room on the app, but when I arrived, was told that I booked the room with points and cash (which I did) & the ocean view room was given to another guest. Every day I asked about the availability of an ocean view room and when one was finally available it was DISGUSTING. It was not properly cleaned. There was long black hair EVERYWHERE. The carpet had not been vacuumed anytime recently (tons of hair, threads, a fingernail) and there was a dried contact lens with long black hair stuck to it on the nightstand. I went to the desk and asked that it be cleaned right away. It wasn’t. The next morning I asked again & they said it would be. When we returned it had not been touched. After asking the third time, someone vacuumed and cleaned the hair off the counter in the bathroom, but the dried contact lens I told the front desk about twice was still there when we checked out. It might still be there if you’re unlucky enough to be in room 810. By far the dirtiest hotel of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Brazil and the dirtiest room in Marriott brand hotel I’ve stayed in. Would advise anyone I care about to stay away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
