Impeccable service, perfect location and the rooms are exceptional. All in all, my stay here was incredible. The VIP Lounge food is above average but the staff more than make up for it...they work very hard to make your experience pleasant and memorable. I had sushi every day and it was amazing. Looking forward to visiting again.

Executive lounge is not good enough for snacks choice and very limited in time spots for the service. A long way to reach the swimming pool changing elevators twice. But the gym is excellent, the stuff is helpful, the location is perfect.

This was a very disappointing experience for me, as a Marriott Ambassador. The main issue was that I don’t speak Mandarin, and many of the frontline staff don’t speak any English at all which I found unusual for a Marriott branded hotel. I could not even make a phone reservation for dinner at the 39th floor Chinese restaurant in English; I had to ask the manager to make the reservation for me. When I finally sat to order food, the waiter did not speak English. I ended up eating in the bar. Never before have I encountered such a language barrier at a Marriott and it was frustrating. I shall not stay here again in two months time; will try another Marriott property instead.

High class hotel in People’s square. You can go walking to naijing road, shopping centers, and to see the pearl tower and other skyscrapers from the bound. 💯 recommended!

Recommended. High level of service in a true 5 star hotel. Good location (easy subway access). Rooms are comfortable and elegant. Yes it's aging a bit, but well maintained and was built well to begin with. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone to start the day with a great view of the city. This is a solid choice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
