I have to say, I was blown away by the quality of this hotel. The service was amazing, especially at the pool, were they come up to you if you need a towel and give one to you, and the cleaning was spectacular too. It is an overall beautiful hotel and I recommend going to the executive lounge and pools.

Absolutely no hesitation 5 ⭐️ 1. 🤩Outstanding service and staff satisfaction. 2. 🏠 Rooms big enough, comfortable and clean. 3. 🛌 Bed and pillows super comfortable 4. 🏊 Swimming pool is not deep enough but still has very nice views and cold water 5. 🌃 18th floor has the gym swimming pool recreation area and area where you can seat and enjoy 360 view of Singapore. 6. 🍱 Breakfast incredibly delicious and they have a lot of variety. 7. 📍 Location in perfect walking distance everywhere. I am going to share a few photos of the hotel and the facilities that I mentioned. I absolutely had my expectation here. And I would like to thanks Luna for her kindness and assistant she walked us to the elevator after the check-in. Thank you JW Marriott Singapore South Beach team.

Wonderful newer hotel 2 blocks from the inner bay. Walkable to MSB and Gardens by the Bay, as well as many of the local museums. Probably best to grab a Grab to get to Clarke Quay, Sentosa or the Botanical Gardens. Large rooms with fantastic bathrooms (BIG showers to fit more than one person at a time!). Excellent breakfast buffet. Every service person we met clearly cared about our experience. Part of the South Beach complex, with many restaurants and clubs just steps away from the front door of the hotel, plus a gigantic mall just across one street, and the historic Raffles Hotel across the other. Immediate access to the metro.

The JW Marriott Singapore is outstanding! Possibly the nicest hotel/experience we have had. The staff were incredibly helpful, our room was amazing with a next level heated bidet! And the food and drinks in the executive lounge were great. The hotel is very conveniently located in the South Beach area and closely located to a multi-story mall.

The view and the location are prime. Breakfast is amazing. If you are platinum and above they have one of the best lounges I ever been to in my life. The service is over the top. The juice is fresh. I would go back there in a heart beat next time I am in Singapore.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
