        While I may have stayed at nicer JW properties , this hotel is incredibly well-maintained and staffed by professional, and competent employees that are quick to help in whatever capacity is needed. The front desk staff could not be more attentive to their guests' needs. I want to specifically call out Allen at the front desk, he really knows how to take care of his guests and is a credit to Marriott's penchant for finding excellent people to run their flagship brands. I would stay here again in a minute because of the extra personal service and professionalism of staff members like Allen. The rooms are incredibly clean and reflect the kind of meticulous attention to details you've come to expect from the JW. Obviously the mattresses are among the best in the hospitality industry.

        Stayed here for a week and it was nice. The room we were in was clean but a little noisy. We were the very last room, opposite the elevators, but for some reason we could hear the elevators going up and down day and night 😬. I won’t fault the hotel or the staff because obviously it can’t be helped but next time I’ll know to request a room far far from the elevators 😅. Even though we were here for work, this location was so perfect for shopping. Unfortunately, the weather was freezing during our stay so going out to explore did not happen. 💯 the MVPs were the valet staff. I felt bad that they had to be out in the cold but was very grateful that they warmed up the car for us when they pulled it up. Breakfast was pretty basic. I’m surprised because most of the hotels have at least egg, potatoes and either bacon or sausage but there were never any potatoes 🥔😫I think I just got used to if I didn’t like anything else, there were at least potatoes… but again, I can’t fault anyone for my picky eating 😅. Overall I enjoyed our stay.

        This rating is given due to the way the morning shift manager "greeted" us. While her treatment of I and my wife was far less than respectable, please do not let this rating reflect on the other employees there. The evening front desk personnel were absolutely terrific and even remembered us from a visit several months ago. The restaurant staff were immaculate in their service, treatment of us, and it was easy to see that they genuinely cared about their customers. The Saturday morning manager? If she's there, I don't want to go back to this location.

        I was having a mediocre stay but I'm glad a said something to the front desk associate (Sybil) who did everything she could to turn my stay into an incredible one. I truly appreciate you Sybil, you went above and beyond to give me excellent service. My family and I are grateful. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable stay walking distance from the galleria, look no further. My family and I will certainly be back to stay in the future.

        We chose to stay near the Galleria because this area is known to be safer than other parts of Houston. The parking garage, however, did not feel safe at all. It was dark, dingy, and anyone could get a ticket to enter (even those who were not guests at the hotel). Once you park your car, you take an elevator to access the hotel. Waiting around for the elevator felt like an eternity, as I was on high-guard checking my surroundings over and over. The hotel room itself was very basic. No coffee maker (you have to pay for coffee downstairs), no microwave, no refrigerator. The mattress was uncomfortable, the comforter was thin and felt like just a sheet. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything your neighbors said or any time they flushed the toilet. The couple staff members we interacted with were nice, but overall I was not impressed and would not stay here again.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
