We got one of the renovated rooms. It was very nice. The staff were friendly, and the common areas were upscale. Plenty of dining options to walk to in the surrounding areas. My wife also enjoyed the spa. We'd definitely stay here again

We were fortunate to get one of their upgraded suites and it was amazing. This property is being refurbished and if our room is an indicator, it will be amazing when finished. I also love the location; so close to all the bars and restaurants Brickell has to offer. My only small issue is the breakfast buffet; it would be wonderful if perhaps there was a second option (maybe the Executive lounge?) for Platinum and above. We waited quite a while each morning for a table for breakfast, and it seems the restaurant perhaps is too small for all guests. The buffet was lovely, however!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel in Brickell, Florida, and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from the front desk staff. The lobby was modern and sleek, with a beautifully designed bar and lounge area. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Miami skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and spa-like bathroom, were top-notch. The hotel's location in the heart of Brickell was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. Overall, I would highly recommend the JW Marriott Brickell to anyone looking for a lovely and convenient stay in Miami.

Beautiful hotel, close to lots of restaurants. Kids tell me the pool is freezing and it's mid October. There's no hot tub and the women's sauna is closed for maintenance. Hot buffet breakfast is amazing, service has been great so far. Update: We returned today, January 18th and the sauna is still closed for maintenance.... Was told they were waiting on a part....Has been a very mild and breezy day so was hoping it was working to get a good sweat. But alas, 3 months of "maintenance" and still not working. I should expect a completely renovated sauna by now. The hotel is still very nice, service is charming, and everything is clean.

Outstanding stay! From the arrival experience at the front door to the amazingly friendly front desk crew, this was a wonderful stay. The room was newly renovated and clean! The TV is huge and there was a great selection of channels to watch. The executive lounge has great snacks and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. I will look to stay here again when I need a room in Miami.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
