Stayed at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver recently. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. The staff were both friendly and professional, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered a cleanliness issue upon arrival - my room had an unclean toilet and nothing was wiped down or dusted. While the staff handled the situation promptly by moving me to a different room with a complimentary upgrade, this initial experience was disappointing. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, guests rightfully expect impeccable standards throughout their stay. Despite the quick resolution, maintaining high cleanliness standards from the outset is crucial for a luxury hotel experience.

Great location and experience overall. Clean rooms and one of the best services received from everyone (front desk to cleaning/room attendants). There is a casino attached to this hotel but you will need to cross over from the lobby. There is a very large gym here - well kept, organized and clean with a lot of different equipment + great views. There is even a fridge with cold towels, a water dispenser and fruit. Didn't experience the pool but there was one available as well. There is also a floor where it attaches to a restaurant and a lounge as you exit outdoors onto a roof (where you stand next to the BC place). The rooms offer molton brown products to use and large washrooms with options of handheld and rain showerheads style. a mini fridge in the room where it doesn't come with anything but you can store away your own items made it very useful. There is a floor for conferences or a working area for you to take business calls as well (large amount of space). No breakfast for free here but you can go eat at the restaurants tied to this hotel. Valet service available as well and you definitely feel very safe within the front of this area until you start wandering off a little outward.

I continue to be impressed by the staff at the JW Parq Marriott. They are attentive, exceptionally welcoming and helpful and go above and beyond. Special shout out to Robby, who was a Tetris super star helping me with a mountain of luggage. He was patient and incredibly helpful. Thank you all for helping to make our event amazing.

Attending a wedding at JW Marriott on New Year's Eve was a delightful experience. The ambiance was perfect for ringing in the new year. The service and staff were exceptional, contributing significantly to the memorable evening. Their attention to detail and professionalism were evident, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Overall, we were happy with everything. Enough coffee cups and coffee in the room would have been nice, though. Access to the casino is very convenient. Very easy to get to all the things in Vancouver we wanted to do.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
