It's a little difficult to get to just because the road traffic is weird, and if you're not paying attention to signs and GPS, you'll miss it. The location is great, close to a mall and other stores, but also quiet. The water park is fun and included but has weird rules about how and when you can use it based on your stay. The hotel is huge! Very nice place. The bar is nice, but everything is overpriced, from bourbon to champagne. The room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. I'd stay again, but I'd also look at other options, especially if other options were cheaper.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff is super friendly and responsive, it’s very clean. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Food was great. Only thing is wish they had something for the teens, arcade they are too old for, too young for the bars obviously. Overall wonderful place and we look forward to coming back.

The hotel is a very crowded hotel. Everything and everywhere is a wait. Check in, food service, and valet. The rooms are nice, and clean. They only have two primary restaurants. Bourbon steak was awesome. The rest and others are below average at best. The tidal cove water park is overcrowded because they let in the public along with guests. It’s messy, dirty and just not well managed. Good luck getting any kind of seating unless you’re there when they open. Front desk told me upon check in we were to get breakfast with our stay each day the restaurant. Which is $39pp, and $19per a kid. That was not the case upon checkout, and they said sorry, here’s $100. I’ve stayed here twice now and have spent thousands. I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend family or friends and will make sure to tell other of these times as well. I know hospitality is tough, but when you pay this much for the rooms and services plus them adding on daily service fees and gratuity it adds up to a lot and you expect the value to match, and it simply hasn’t. Spend the valuable time and money with your family elsewhere.

The worst service I have experienced in a very long time! From security showing up at 1 am and weakening us up, saying that we are being too loud and it’s our “ last warning before we getting evicted “ - mind you it’s me, my husband and our 2 yo daughter, I was confused by why we getting kicked out, and I asked security if maybe he had a wrong room.. he told me , no it’s my room number and I need to be quiet or we need to leave…actually security was at the wrong room, however no apologies for harassment at 1 am… Next day I asked to speak to the manager, and was told that the manager is busy assisting guests of the hotel- because apparently we just homeless people squatting here for 1000 a night… but I was told that security guard is on the way to talk to me. After 30 min of waiting, no one showed up and we had to go to dinner. We requested our car from valet and after another 30 min of wait was told that it’s parked not far away and we can go get it our self’s… Next morning I finally got a chance to speak with a manager, who was pleasant and apologized and offered us few hundred credit…with the prices of anything here , she pretty much bought us a cheeseburger for our sleepless night and rude treatment from management. We where still trying to have a nice family vacation and let it go. However, we missed the house keeping ( my daughter pressed no service button, totally our fault) so I called the housekeeping and apologized for inconvenience and asked for a bed change, towels, toilet paper and water. Young man showed up and gave us 2 sheets , so WE can change the bed… nothing else. My husband had to chaise someone in a hallway to get toilet paper… I contacted the management and got 0 response. I am absolutely shocked by this experience. Definitely not the 4 star hotel.

Great place for a getaway. Come alone or with the family and you will find relaxation and fun. Only thing that would make it better is if it had Beach access. Other than that, it’s great! There is a water park and 2 golf courses on the grounds. It also boasts 2 sit down restaurants and a spa. I would definitely return here. Valet is $50 per night, but there is a self parking option for $25 per night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
