Con: My friend booked on Airbnb for a very reasonable rate for 4 of us. She paid online and the money was deducted. But when we arrived they said they didn’t have the reservation. When we proved we had a reservation they said what we needed to PAY MORE than what we paid online. They inflated the price because there is a festival now (Sinulog). THIS IS SO WRONG. Annabelle is a B!TCH and told us to “call the police” to make her honor the Airbnb agreement. Everything in town is quite booked up so it made finding a new hotel very difficult. Pro: the staff didn’t kick us out of the lobby immediately and let us sit and search for a new hotel.

We booked the room thinking that it is convenient for us to do some business in the IT park. The pictures were convincing but it they gave us a room with very loud air-conditioning. We asked the female staff to change room, luckily she was nice and gave us a better room. They did not provide tissue and soap, you have to buy it. Though the rate is not bad but still not worth it. They lack cleanliness. Im sorry to give this review but it's the truth.

Very eerie and old place.The elevator is only available in daytime which very inconvenient for our late check-in since they gave us room at the 3rd floor. No lights on the corridor at night. blankets and towels are old. Only 1 light is working in the room. If you only need a place to sleep then this is for you.

The room is dim, not very well lighted. They should try putting light bulbs in every corner. The toilet door is already damaged, I tried to fix it but I don't think it will hold. Also, I saw a refrigerator in one of the pictures but when I checked in there's no fridge and the outlets are almost damaged, the TV is not working. They should have also provided water for the guests. The price I've paid for the room is not worth it.

Booked our stay online for 3 nights with my wife and baby. Their photos are convincing for their price but turned out to be decieving. The building looks unmaintained and hunted. If only my wife didnt have important business nearby the next day, we wouldnt stay in the hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was half lit, untidy and creepy. Their staffs are unaware of the hotels protocol. When we reach our room, it was dark and out of 4 light bulbs only one was functional. The furnitures were dusty and there were cab webs in the ceiling. There were mosquitos flying and cockroach under the bed. The tv is dusty and there were garbage at the back. It has only 1 channel available but very blurry. The fridge has foul odor. The CR is very untidy and there were no toiletries. There were no complementary drinks like coffee and water. There were no doormats specially in the CR. And the door opens on its own. There were no telephones. On our 2nd day we were told not to use the elevator. They turned all the lights off in the hallway and it was very dark and creepy.Visitors were charged P300. Instead of staying for the 3rd night, we checked out due to bad services of these hotel. I dont know if its a hotel or a lodge. A lodge has better services than this hotel. To anyone planning to stay in this hotel, beware.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
