Just 163 steps 😉😜😁 to the beach, 163 steps and bus 4 to old city, parking place free of charge, ok for us. Good WiFi. Nice owner. Air conditioned, very useful when outside were 32 degrees.

Great wee place to stay, apartment is clean and sufficient for what we needed a couple of beds to rest on our whirlwind trip to Dubrovnik! Apartments are convenient local to a bus stop (although it's down a LOT of steps so if you're not "fit" it's maybe not the best) room is clean and tidy and really can't fault it, woman who welcomed us was very nice and talked us through the map and where to go etc. Really enjoying our stay here. Rooms also have Aircon which has been AMAZING given the heat! Top marks for this apartment.

Very nice apartments on top of a hill overlooking the houses and holiday apartments in a distance. The only drawback is the 180+ steps to walk up to the apartments. They have enough kitchen facilities for guests to do their own cooking, washing, TV etc. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. The guest house is within walking distance to the popular Lapad Beach and a short bus ride away to the old city which is the hotspot for tourists. There are bakeries and supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants. Finding food there is not a problem. The owner is a very nice and friendly lady and explained the important points of interests in the city and how to get there.

Great apartments for the price. Nice view from a balcony. It's literally a 5 mins walk down some stairs and you are at the beach. Lady who owns the place is lovely and helpful. Really couldn't complain.

Acceptable apartment for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Good size apartment. Wi-fi worked well, even on balcony. But the bed wasn't comfortable. (I think the mattress needed to be replaced.) Wasn't as clean as I would like. Periodic sewage-like smells were very undesirable. Air fresheners in use throughout; a scentless environment would be preferable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
