For the price point and location, rooms were pretty small and the bathroom design was not great (they have this weird corner shower setup where it's incredibly loud to open and close the doors of it), but service and breakfast were pretty good. Two main concerns: 1) I stayed there a week. They have the same 60 second loop of music playing in the halls, in the lobby, and in the breakfast area the entire time. This made me feel crazy, and very sad for the workers. 2) Some mold in the shower.

The hotel room is very small, it is not possible to leave a medium-sized 10kg suitcase on the floor without completely blocking the way. The suitcase space is also unsuitable, since there is no space for any other thing or bags. We a king size bed. The room was a shoebox, but for sandals. The furnishing of the room is upscale, but is completely neutralized by the mini size. Even the bathroom was very small. Location to the university is ok, about 15 minutes walk. Location to the center Building 101 35 minutes walk, Metro to Building 101 takes the same time as (a) the metro station is 10 minutes away and (b) you have to change trains. The staffs are very friendly, without any exception. English is not understood for sure, so the service suffers.

This is first time staying recommended by customer. Room at 12th Floor, view is good. My room booking exclude breakfast, but the coffee maker machine is allowed to use by any room guest anytime. During evening time, there snack and instant noodle available. There is one 7-Eleven convenience store in the receptionist area.

Don't book the cheapest room. The toilet IS the entrance. And it is so small there's no space to open up your suitcase at all. But the other rooms seems quite nice.

Small rooms in a location that isn't particularly convenient. There's a convenience store below though, which helps. Breakfast is meh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
