This was our second stay at this location, and it as just as enjoyable as the first. The room is clean and a good size for two people. The breakfast is excellent; I loved how there were new dishes each day. Appreciated the free laundry machines, though the cycles take a long time. Short walk to nearby MRT stations, or there are city bus stops literally right in front. Bought some pineapple pastries and sun cakes to take home from Taipei Leechi just around the corner. I'll happily stay here again!

They need to replace all the carpet. Spots all over ours. And there was visible debris when we arrived, as if it had not been vacuumed. Stains in common areas too. I would call the bathroom aroma “tropical sewage light.” Kept the door closed so to avoid smelling it in the room. No toilet paper in room when we arrived. Rooms are nice and big, so good for families. This place has a housekeeping problem.

DANGEROUS!!! Unsafe rooms! Shower tiles have no grip and there aren’t any safety precautions in place to avoid shower falls. They don’t provide any bathmats with grips – just a thin cloth that when put on another equally slippery surface(the floor), creates a huge safety hazard. I slipped, my nail broke off the nail bed, and I have bruises all over my body. When I asked for a first aid box, they gave me a broken box with a various assortment of Band-Aids, and no ANTISEPTIC cream. Also, when I told them about my injury and the safety hazards, all they said was sorry about that. They showed no steps to fixing their fault or concern for my injuries. The hotel itself is very mediocre. Their blankets have holes in it, and their curtains do too. In the early mornings, the sunlight would poke through the holes of the curtain and disturbed sleep. Also, they are very ill equipped. They do not have any extra pillows or blankets on site.

Excellent location, 8 minute walk to the mrt and easy to get a taxi out front. There is a breakfast restaurant across the street, along with a Bakery and a Starbucks. Excellent choice for a budget hotel that is quiet and comfortable rooms. The standard queen rooms have a small Sony bluetooth stereo and 55" 4k Sony tvs, excellent value for money. Bathrooms were clean, bright, and they have a Japanese toilet ++ The carpet cleanliness could be improved, the sofa had large stains and underneath had a layer of dust, bottle caps and some kids Lego. I'd still stay here again if the rate is under $3500twd per night. Anything more and it's not really worth it.

A nice hotel, conveniently located, friendly and helpful service staff, good and rich breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, come with many amenities. I would especially like to stress how the gentleman operating the evening/night shift the last few days (~25-29 Aug 2023) was outstandingly willing to help and extraordinarily polite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
