We had a horrible experience with K Rooms. When we arrived, we were very confused as no one was there to help us. There was an electrical fire in the building and we couldn’t even go inside it was so hard to breath. I made it up to the room with the help of someone else staying there and there was bugs on the bed. I tried calling the host and begged him to send someone to help us and no one ever came. I kept calling and he disconnected completely. We ended up staying down the road at a lovely hotel with very accommodating staff. We lost a lot of money on this place. We were very outraged at the lack of assistance. A random person staying there had to help us!

An amazing little find. The room was absolutely beautiful with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned each day. The bathroom was modern looking with a really good shower and very clean. The owners gave me all the instructions i could possibly need for finding k rooms and how to get up to it, this included pictures and videos. The lift is small but it will fit 2 adults with suitcases. The location is good, several nice resturants near by and close to the metro. Within what i consider walking distance to all major tourist sites. Also close to the hop on hop off bus tour station point if you dont want to walk. Many people mention the sex cinema next to the door to k rooms but there are no pictures outside and actually out of the 6 days we were there the lights outside were only on twice, we really didnt see it as a problem.

Our room was gorgeous. Alot of attention to detail. There's a smart TV in the room. There is also an espresso maker and a built in usb port to charge your devices. This worked for me because I forgot to bring a wall plug adapter. There is even a cute vanity. Hosts were very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
