I stayed here in 2017 and it doesn't seem like its changed. The room was very small with hardly any walking space but I distinctly remember liking my stay. I assume most of the bad reviews are from people who don't stay in backpackers or hostels often, because there are much, much worse places to stay in the world, even in the West. The location is excellent and I remember the price not being insane, especially for inner-city Singapore. Great to use as a base for sightseeing for a couple days. I'm not sure if its the case anymore, but I believe there was free cereal and breakfast stuffs when I was there.

I booked it for one night. Had issues checking in, and there was no staff to help. They don’t answer the phone calls or whatsapp messages. I went to different hostel but unfortunately it was already fully booked, so I went back to k space, and with a help of other guests I checked in (I only had cash, so I cannot pay for it). I was so tired after the flight and previous night, that I had a great sleep. The capsules are clean and comfortable. Loved the privacy. Good ventilation in the capsules. Although bathroom area was always stuffy. They have a washing machine, but it’s nearly impossible to get a token, since there is no staff 🥲 I made a great friends here even though there is no common area. I stayed in Singapore for 4 days, and didn’t really sleep (except for one night in this hostel) so I left my backpack here for a few days, and was coming to take shower few times. So sometimes you can use 'no staff situation' in a positive way here. None of my belongings were stolen. (That’s not how it supposed to be, but I’m giving two extra points for it😂) Some guests had a problem with a locker, I don’t suggest you use it, there is no way you’ll reach out to staff immediately.

Stronger point: cheap. It's placed in 2 floors (second and third), doesn't have elevators so if you are carrying a heavy luggage.. its a pain. Every floor have a door with a cheap password lock. password is provided after making the reservation. The cleanliness its almost ok You have to let your shoes before entering to the room with capsules, the problem is that the place where you leave them have almost no ventilation and it's really stinky Bathrooms are mixed and showers doesn't have a separated space for changing inside. There is a old washing machine connected to a plug that power it adding time with coins.. detergent it's not provided. Toilets didn't have paper inside.. you have to get it from a dispenser outside them The room with capsules have ac .. the pods have light, vents and 2 usb ports for charging.. there are no power plugs Lockers with password are provided, you can fit a cabin luggage in them. Also WiFi is provided

Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip on weekdays. Booked through Traveloka together with flight a week prior to travel. Received an email on the morning of check in with instructions on how to access the hostel - passwords for the doors. Reminded them via whatsapp chat before received email. Despite the email had some difficulties finding the hostel and accessing rooms. Some other guests also had similar problems. Hostel signage is not obvious from the main road so have to walk along the shops. The entrance is a small door just to the left side of a vietnamese restaurant that opens to some stairs. The whole road is full of nightlife with many pubs and restaurants. There are 2 levels - 2 & 3. To access the rooms press the lockpad to activate then enter the code. The check in counter is at Level 2 but checked in late at night and left early morning so never saw anyone there. The room is just a basic hostel room with multiple pods, 2 locker sections - front and back. Would rate general cleanliness as 4/10 but the individual capsule and sheets are clean. A towel is provided and lockers are free to use. Toilets are shared and there is hot water available. There was a washing machine & dryer but didnt use those. Safety is good with the lockpad doors and lockers. But your individual capsule does not lock. The capsule has a main light, night light, pull down curtain door, pillow, bedsheet and blanket. There were 2 usb ports for charging but only 1 was functioning. Lots of food options along Circular Road especially at night. Nearest MRT is Raffles Place an 8 min walk. But because of the many pubs and restaurants can hear music up to 1-2am in the morning. If you’re looking for a basic capsule hostel then should be fine.
