This was a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. We booked the room with a balcony which had a view of the famous sunset at Santorini. It was perfect watching it from the hot tub with a glass of wine. Thank you for a special end to our Greek holiday!

This review is more based on their ethics as it deserves ZERO STAR RATING. In early February 2020 I booked this hotel for a trip scheduled for July 2020. Unfortunately for everyone worldwide the dreaded COVID hit and the travel industry came to a complete halt. This was the only accommodation out of approximately 6 venues I had booked on my European trip that refused to refund. They took the payment immediately at the time of booking and fiercely refused to refund due to their ‘no refund cancellation policy’. After several complaints to Booking.com (the platform that I booked through) they were unsuccessful too in trying to find a resolution for my refund. The person responding to my enquirers from the hotel (who I will not name) was SO RUDE!! I was absolutely shocked at the way they responded to my request for a refund. I honestly think the hotel acted unethically, especially when COVID hit. Everyone was suffering, not just this hotel! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Firostefani area just based on their lack of business acumen and sheer ignorance. For anyone considering booking this accommodation please make sure you read their cancellation policy because if a world epidemic can’t get you a refund, then I’m not sure you’ll ever have any luck! To the owner of this hotel, shame on you!

Stay at the Kafieris was incredible amazing. I travel with my family/friends and we ask to get closer rooms to stay all together, the owner Nikos made it happen! Rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday. Spacious and amazing views from both balconies, MORNINGS, SUNSET AND NIGHT can see Caldera View, cruises and Volcan is clearly seen. Breakfast time you can choose your preferred time, The staff bring your food and drinks in the room and prepare evervthing in the balcony to eniov as best. You can spend sometime in the rooftop pool, sun-beds and the pool are extraordinary the weather is fantastic up there! Couldn't ask for better stay, staff is definitely on top of everything. Location is perfect, step out of the apartment vou have the famous 3 bells of Fira, restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. 5 minutes walk you have Imerovigli and 10 minutes walk City of Fira. Just 10 minutes by car you go to Oia. A BIG THANK TO THE OWNER ALWAYS THERE GIVING ADVICES FOR THE NEXT DAY ADVENTURE.

Great location - either to walk by old Fira's narrow passages, or caldera path. Or to get anywhere on the island by the bus from central bus station located 10 min downtown. Hotel is located at likely highest spot in the city, having cozy terrace on the top. Breathtaking views and sunsets comes in package. Crew is charming and resourceful, including owner being in constant touch with you (on-site or remotely) in case of any needs. Rooms and utilities are being continuously kept top notch clean. Room fits the basic purposes well, desk, comfortable bed, ok bathroom. Base for outdoor activities rather than indoor leisure. There's this mentioned terrace for the leisure time ;) Low season though you can expect cold wind most of the time and experienced temperatures lower than forecasted/reported. Take some warmer clothes so you can enjoy terrace and relatively empty streets. Worth to mention hotel rooms are airconditioned and heated, you will get your comfort zone any time of the season.

Stayed here in 2018. Rooftop terrace has the best view in the entire world, seriously. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are very basic and bed is just eh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
