DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, NOTHING FUNCTIONAL PROPERLY, AIRCONDITION NOT WORKING, OLD ALSO WRONG SPOT, ROOM IS LIKE A SAUNA, CAN'T SLEEPING😡. BATHROOM IS DARK, AND SHOWERS SMALLER, HARD TO TAKE SHOWER HIT YOUR ARMS OR LEGS😡. NO IRON IN THE HOTEL😡. UNFORTUNATELY WE BOOKED 4 NIGHTS 🤬🤬. WORSE HOTEL. CHEAP S..... RECEPTION STAFFS ARE NOT FRIENDLY. DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT HOW IS THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

This was by far the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are dirty, cramped and poorly furnished. The bathrooms leak all the time and is old as everything is absolutely about to fall apart. The location is not convenient for sightseeing as it is situated in busy and crowded area and traffic. At the reception, they have creepy small shop ere they sell dolls. This made the hotel look creepy at first sight and very unprofessional. The worst part with this was the breakfast. They use dirty water to make tea and coffee which have us all diarrhoea. And everyday for five days, it was the same breakfast. All in all, it was bad experience. 1/5

We found this hotel after we actually paid to stay in another hotel called Renova, which we walked in and back out because it was filthy and no had breakfast and the stairs were terrifying for us and it cost more than this hotel. We were fortunate to find this one (KAFKAS) as it was closer to the Egyptian Bazaar. The rooms are very clean and the ladies who maintain the rooms were lovely. Yes it does need a bit of an upgrade however for the price including breakfast was fantastic, especially after shopping around for other hotels in this atea. The breakfast is basic maybe but you would probably pay at least 250TL for it in this area. We paid 75TL for a small bowl of soup which only had rice and a tiny amount of chicken in it (Haci Beyaz restaurant - disgusting don't eat there!) My advice to people is to pay 100tl for a taxi and go and eat in Sisli or taksim. It would cost you cheaper. As for this hotel. It would be nice to have some cups, and maybe some tea in the rooms. I would come back here again. Thankyou.

A feedback and also a review: 1- Cleaning should be only done when the hotel guests ask for. So better to put a sign at the door to give the option for the guests to decided whether they want their rooms to be cleaned or not. 2- No iron - guests need to iron their cloths because their cloths are folded in their luggages 🧳 It will be very thoughtful of the hotel management to have at least on iron at the reception upon the guest request. 3- This hotel is next to the street so if you don’t like noises, it’s better to find somewhere else. From my personal experience, there was a construction work at ( 2:00 AM )🚧 and the hotel management was not able to stop that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
