Got bed bugs from this hotel. Do not go here!! Breakfast is nothing like photos. Go at your own risk!! We also asked for a fan because I was pregnant and it was too hot to sleep and they said they don’t have. Like?? Not sure how this is even 3 star. Just good location.

It was everything we wanted! Would definitely go again! The staff was super nice,everything was really clean(they clean the rooms everyday),there was something new for breakfast every morning(vegan options included). The location was more than amazing,everything we needed was close,there is a restaurant called Dubb where the food was delicious and the staff also really nice. We also parked our car for three days in the nearest parking(one day for 10€).

Nice and cozy hotel. Rooms are small but very clean, comfortable and well done. Location is amazing and you can walk to all popular destinations (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque etc). For at least a few days I definitely recommend staying in Sultanehmet area. Breakfast spread was really good and the view from the breakfast area was also lovely. I think it was the best breakfast I had in all of my stay in all areas of Turkey. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved my stay there.

Lovely hotel. Super close to Hagia Sophia so was easy to get everywhere we needed from there. Also loads of restaurants/bars right next door. Rooms were clean and comfy, had air con and reception staff were useful and friendly. Free breakfast was also great. Had toast, meats, fruit and cereal.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights absolutely great. Cleanliness is maybe better than some five star hotel, ladies in kitchen were really friendly and the men at reception were equally helpful and accommodating. Lost out on one star as rooms were a bit small for the price we paid. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
