I picked this hotel for its interior design. It was cozy. Loved having plenty of plants around. The location was great for a quiet stay. Our room was on the 4th floor which was the top floor. I enjoyed sitting at the balcony in the morning while enjoying the view and the cool wind. Nice bedding and comfortable. Great that a large glass bottle of drinking water was provided instead of plastic bottles. And bamboo toothbrushes were provided if needed. Great sustainability efforts. As guests, do help in their sustainability efforts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay except that the bed was just beside the bathroom. And there was zero noise insulation from the bathroom. It was disrupting when someone was sleeping. It was not conducive for a family room.

Didn’t even wait to leave Kaia to post this review. Beautiful place in a peaceful location, but what made the experience so special is it’s owner. She has a great sense of design and sensibility to recommend the right places. She understood straight away what we were looking for and recomended hidden gems within Hoi An art and crafts scene. She provide bicycles and a perfect itinerary trough the rice fields, a nice coffee stop… You could stay anywhere, i’m sure Hoi An has many nice hotels, but it made all the difference to us that she has been such a kind and dedicated host. Such a beautiful boutique, located not too far from the center or the beach, you can reach both sides easily by grab or bicycle (which is provided free from the owner). Quiet at night so definitely you'll have a good sleep 😀 Friendly staffs and owner 😁

I adore this place! The property is in a quiet area of town, ~15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to old town. The property’s design is simple yet elegant and comforting. I highly recommend to include breakfast option, the food was always scrumptious and beautifully presented! Everyone working at the property was very polite and friendly. I’m grateful for the conversations. Lastly, the books…the collection of books is fantastic! They are not merely decoration but great read. I’ll stay here again anytime!

This hotel/resort was a wonderful discovery for me. I felt instantly at home when I was greeted by the owner Thi Thi (sorry if I misspelled it). She is also the creative interior designer of this place, which has a distinctive style that combines Vietnam and Berlin, where she spent some years in the 2000s. I loved the simplicity and elegance of the decor. The staff here are amazing. They are always friendly and helpful, and they make you feel like you belong here. They are the reason why I smile every time I think of this place. The location is also perfect, just a short walk from the center of Hoi An (where you can find plenty of tourists), and a quick bike ride from the stunning beaches on the other side of Hoi An (you can use the bikes for free if they are available).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
