Such a wonderful apartment in the heart of the city of Florence. Even if the streets are busy, you'll be able to sleep soundly and comfortably. You can do your laundry, and cook if you want. The rooms are spacious, interiors are exquisitely done. Wifi included.Their staff, German was very accommodating. This place did not disapppoint and would readily recommend to friends. By the way, it comes with bathroom amenities, shampoo and soap; Coffee, a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of still water, and laundry soap. Good for 5 people. Stayed for 4 days.

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment we made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

Greatest location in Firenze, just 4 minutes away from Ponte Vecchio, Galleria Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and many other attractions. The famous All’Antico Vinaio is a block away, most importantly the best gelateria is right across the street. The rooms and the whole building is impecable, attention to details and good taste are all over. You have all you need inside the room. Best part of it, is the staff that was always helpful, especially Silvia. My kid would rate it ten stars if he could. Thank you for making our stay in Firenze wonderful. See you soon.

The best place to stay in Florence! Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was beautiful, luxury and modern furniture, greatly sound-proofed and close to all attractions/landmarks in Florence. Definitely recommend!

Really nice rooms that are huge for Florence. Looks exactly like photos. Was built in in 2020 so very modern. Location is great. Only few minutes walk from center. For the price, this is great place. There isn’t a 24/7 reception so make sure you tell them when you are arriving. 10/10 stay. Paid around $160 USD a night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
