What we LIKED: - Excellent location - Nicely designed apartment - Kitchen relatively well equipped What we did NOT LIKE: - Extremely noisy: The apartment is located on the first floor, looking into a main busy street. The building has old windows, thus with no noise isolation. You could hear all type of noises already very early in the morning and late at night. There is a bar below the apartment and the bar bathrooms are located also on the first floor, across from the apartment. - The children/second room looks like a shoe box (see pictures), with neither windows nor any type of aeration. The mattress is really hard, even for an adult.

We had problems with cancellation of the reservation. While we had right on this due to circumstances, administration did not agree and refused to do anything. Communication was pretty toxic and not helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly, the place is very clean and creatively made. During our stay we were at the ‘Golden Krone’ room- 1 master bedroom, 2 bunk beds in separate rooms. It was fairly sized for the 6 of us.

We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids traveling from the USA around Europe. We stayed at the Kaiser Max Apartments at Innsbruck in July. We rented a room after looking at the pictures provided by the hotel to all the booking websites. In ALL the pictures the rooms have several large windows and appeared to have very good air flow. The description was an apartment with two beds. Plus sofa, bathroom and kitchen. At our arrival to the location we were placed in the apartment on the attic on fifth floor. Right under the roof. There were no regular windows at all! There is just a little hole ( tiny window) in front and nothing at all on the second room. No ventilation at all. No air flow at all. Complete hot suffocation during the summer time. This should be ilegal. Because it is summer time the whole unit was an oven inside due to the lack of regular windows. Hard to breathe, just like an oven/ sauna. We requested to be moved to another room and the manager told us he could not accommodate our request. He also did not offer us a portable air conditioner. The fans he offered were not enough because the hot air had no place to leave the room and we were on the fifth floor directly under the roof. The second room was tiny and had absolutely zero air flow. Just a little warm hole with a mattress. Our kids toasted there! We could not stay in the room during the day because it felt like 40-45 degrees C. During the night was not any better because there were no regular windows. The hot air is trapped there. No one in my family was able to sleep for two nights. The pictures were false, false advertising showing many windows everywhere. You may be their next victim to get stuck inside of their attic like a hot prison. BE AWARE!!! This experience destroyed our Austrian trip. We were tired and grumpy the whole time. Communication with the property manager was difficult. He seems to have an answer and a plan for everything. Nothing is never their fault. He blames the costumers for everything. Please read the other bad reviews online. Many other tourists got stuck inside of this hot attic!!! It should be illegal to rent rooms without airflow and regular windows to tourists during the summer. Please look at the online pictures advertising the rooms and visit the apartment on the attic during the summer and you will understand that renting that place to tourists and their families is pure torture and gross negligence. It is an abuse! Please do not be their next victim! The ceiling windows were shaded and blocked during our stay which also made this horrible attic oven very dark! As other reviews from other sites will confirm, guests are not allowed to open the ceiling windows ( even if we could have reached them). Ps: I am sure the manager will return to write something bad (a lie) about us just like he did with absolutely ALL and ANY other complaint and bad ( true) review! The lack of costumer service is astonishing!

This cafe is located on the old town area and it's quite convenient to visit. The inside of this cafe looks nice but the food is average. Especially, one tuna fish pasta is not so tasty because it's boiled so long time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
