A wonderful place for long-term living! There is a large migros within walking distance, you can rent a bicycle on the premises of the aparthotel, the pool is not drained, well-groomed territory, you can order room cleaning. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Beautiful view of the mountains

The location, cleanliness and order are very good. Four people can comfortably stay in the apartment. There is a double bed in one room and a large fold-out double sofa in the living room. Open kitchen. Large refrigerator in room 103. Thoughtful equipment, from bread boards to storage containers. We thank Mr. Ferhat for his interest and concern. A person who produces solutions for every need. Ins we will visit again.

We had the chance to stay in Fethiye during our holiday. In general, we felt like we stayed in our clean house with clean rooms and pool. I would also like to thank Cem, the owner of f48 Home, who guided us here. I can say that f48 kalender is our second home in Fethiye. 👍

This is one of the most cozy and comfortable apartments I have ever been in. Flat have everything inside. And if you need something Ferhat always help you. I thik Ozturk and Ferhat are the most hospitable and create everythink to make the guests feel cozy and warm. Defenetly I will come back and will recommend F48 Kalendar Apart! Guys, this is one of the most comfortable, cozy, new and clean apartments I have stayed in. I have already been to many apartments, but here it is very cozy, Ferhat helps with absolutely everything. I definitely recommend these apartments!

The rooms, the pool, everything is spotless. The items are new. There are places to enjoy sitting in the garden in the evenings. There are sufficient number of sun loungers. There are also shadow areas during the day. The location is nice, very close to Migrosa beach. Manager Ferhat Bey helped us with every question. We had a very enjoyable holiday, I recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
