Such a cute hotel! The staff was very helpful and patient with my year 1 Spanish. The breakfast was alright, and I’m super picky. The room was big and the jacuzzi tub was huge. I loved the view from our 4th floor room. Totally recommend

It's been twice that we stayed in this hotel. And impression didn't change. It is clean, cosy, accessible, wonderful location, beautiful streets around We found a nice Italian restaurant nearby. Definitely coming back next time

Safe, clean spot near lots of great food (dessert, dinner, lunch, everything!) and mercados. Not far from shopping spots and historic and popular tourist spots. Staff is friendly- I recommend ubering everywhere bc pricing is about 3x less than the taxi service the hotel offers. Great spot- would stay here again

Do not give this property your credit card number,I was overcharged double of the price quoted , when I realized it just after checking in, I went to reception thinking it was a mistake and they refused to honor the quoted price that I had in writing in their confirmation invoice , they had already overcharged my credit card for over $790 dollars and they refused to refund the amount, I had copies of all of their emails and invoices so after a prolonged two hour battle we decided to find somewhere else to stay and request the refund through the credit card company ,as we where leaving the property, the reception lady comes outside and informed us that they will refund the credit card and that they will honor the quoted rate. This was at 9pm with my 82 years old mom so we decided to stay. Rooms include inedible breakfast The location on the address says La Condesa and the property it’s not in the beautiful Condesa district , it’s in a ugly commercial road 15 minute walk through ugly streets to get to Condesa We stayed at the suite with Jacuzzi, spacious, bare, clean , rug old , I have fallen in love with Mexico City mainly the Condesa and Roma area , we will be back but will not stay here again or will not recommend this hotel and if you are still wanting to stay here be aware that honesty ain’t there mode

Excellent accommodation at an affordable price. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, and had in-unit air conditioning that was quiet and efficient. Staff was helpful and included breakfast had a wide variety.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
