We stayed here in January 2023 and rented this as an AirBNB. It is essentially a mini hotel with 4 floors and two bedrooms on each floor. There is a mini-elevator that goes to all floors. Each room has a bed, a few dressers and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen with the basic necessary tools and a washing machine. Overall the rooms were clean and we had a pleasant stay. The main drawback was the location. The entire complex is clearly very new and VERY empty. It felt like living in a ghost town. There are only a few stores and restaurants open and they charge a big markup on all their items. The bigger fancier restaurants charge 25-$30 for a meal. On the other hand, we didn't see anyone until we went to the beach and then there were only a few people. The beach is about 200m from the hotel and is quite beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with some solitude then look at this place. There are some water activities that you can do like jet skis, speed boats, paddle boards etc.

We stayed 8 nights at Kalia Hotel Phu Quoc and really loved the experience with the hosts. They were really nice to talk to and get information about the places, the surrounding area, the Vinbus bus, activities to do, etc. They also helped us with the laundry which we really liked. Also, we rented a scooter for a few days to explore the surrounding area which made our stay very interesting given the number of activities you can do and discover from the hotel! Also, we were offered every day if we needed something like cleaning the room or clean towels or if we needed any help! We had a large bedroom with lots of storage (wardrobe and drawers). A fridge is also in my room which is practical! The AC worked great and also a fan was in the room! Accessible with an elevator or the steps! The WIFI connection was really good for listening to series and doing FaceTime without fear of losing quality. Perfect if you need a good internet connection! Also, they helped us take the green bus right in front (VinBus on google) to go with route 19 to the airport or direction Grand World! Very easy for communication both in person and on whatsapp! Good people, smiling and attentive to customers! We were very surprised by the location which also offers access to 3 large outdoor swimming pools, the beach not far away and also, some good restaurants for lunch, dinner and dinner in the surrounding area! Very pleasant to take walks during the day as well as in the evening because this area is really pretty and well lit! Every evening 2 minutes away on the site there was a corner with street food so interesting to know! We highly recommend it if you plan to stay in this area with everything accessible around the hotel. Thank you again for these beautiful moments here with you and happy new year 2024! 😁👍🏻

Rooms are clean. There are many dining facilities around. Convenient groceries. The owners are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My family has elderly people and children and the owners have given me a lot of support. Next time I have a chance to visit PQ, I will definitely come back here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
