The room is new and comfortable although the tv was not working.The breakfast is served on the balcony but it’s not high quality. The service was not pretty good …receptionist asked the payment of 7,5 € by cash but at the end she had no change so she made me pay 8 €… without saying anything. The position is 50 meters near the beach.

Our favourite stay in Santorini was at Kalya Suites! The hotel was absolutely amazing, and our room was spacious, clean and modern. The balconies were private and ours offered a beautiful view on the sea where we were served breakfast in the morning. The staff was amazing! We had arranged transportation from the airport to Kalya Suites, and three staff members were awaiting us at the entrance of the hotel helping us with our luggage and with the check-in process. The pool was super quiet and peaceful, with bar service offered from morning to late evening. Other hotels on the Main Street across the beach were not that private, and we felt very fortunate to have book at Kalya Suites for more privacy. The hotel is also located a minute walk away from the beach, restaurants and shops on the main street but far enough from the relatively loud downtown Kamari. We are already hoping to come back soon, and would definitely recommend!

Oh my goodness what an AMAZING hotel! I had just had a knee operation and Savvas and his team couldn’t have been kinder. I have been lucky enough to stay in some famous 5x hotels over the years but Kalya Suites surpasses them all. Wish I could award 10x. Thanks again to you and yours fabulous team for making me feel so at home.

Our family of 7 stayed at Kalya this past week in two split level suites and it was FANTASTIC. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast delivered to our balcony every morning was so relaxing and delicious! Savvas and the rest of the staff were super kind and and gave the best service! If we could give 10 stars we would! When we return to Santorini, we will definitely be staying with Kalya again. Thank you for an amazing week!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
