        Went there on a family holiday and was very disappointed with the hotel and the service the hotel provided. Basic things like someone who speaks english was not available at the front desk. The room had cracks in tiles and is in need of a upgrade with the decor and essentials. Each time i needed an iron i had to call room service and then the waiting game started on when they will provide an iron.

        The AC in the rooms don’t work - the temp on the control shows 20° but when you call the reception, they check the system and say the temp is actually 26°! They say they’ll reset, but nothing really changes. Not sure what electricity they’re trying to conserve, but extremely poor service. Felt like living in an oven, and was suffocated+sweating at night. The saving grace is the great location that’s accessible and a good sea view.

        We reserved a room with a discount for 5 nights and upon arrival we were accommodated on the ground floor in a room that looked into a wall and weeds were growing under the window. The room was dark and depressing. The bathroom door could not be closed while there were stains on the walls. The internet was desperate. When we remarked that the room was like this one, they just shrugged their shoulders and replied that that was it, they didn't even offer a better room with an extra charge. We left the hotel after an hour of staying in the room and I can say that the hotel is not worth even 10% of the cost of the stay. They didn't let us partially return the money we paid for 5 nights. Very disappointing

        A completely unsuccessful experience. My mobile was stolen inside the room. I asked them to watch the camera in that time but they refused .The safe box put a secret number and left the room. When I returned, I found the number changed and i asked them why the number changed and they informed this is machine can be changed automatically

        Bad service, the reception man at night, his style is rude, he screams when asking for any room service. There is no air conditioning all the time. The air conditioning cuts off while you sleep. It is controlled by them. The mattresses were not changed. There are dog hairs on the mattresses. Only the location they have is good. I will not repeat the experience again.
