Liked · I ended up staying four nights. Hostel is effortlessly sociable with a great atmosphere, it seems new and has a great noice isolation. You make your own breakfast and kitchen is available throughout the day to cook your own meals. Beds are comfortable, with light, plug and privacy curtains. Bathrooms were cleaned constantly and there was never shortage of toilet paper. Staff is a bit “funny”, I stayed for 4 nights and I found them very impersonal- I just felt like every time I interacted with any of them it was as if they have never seen me before. Apart from the Spanish owner, he was super friendly.

Located outside the city, easy to reach with the scooter thay I reccomend to rent from Rally’s (as they have a secondary location close to the hostel and you can return the ride before jumping to q shuttle to port barton). Rooms were clean, same as bathrooms. There is bare foot policy that helps but if you are worried, take an extra pair of flip flops or wear socks. Breakfast is cook your own but it’s enough to feed you until lunchtime. Staff is helpful and there are all the necessary things around (laundry, hospital etc)

Stuff and room is okay but There are some problem The worst thing is WiFi is so weak Of course we can’t use my room at all and also in common areas, we can connect to wifi sometimes but too slow or doesn’t work. And also we can’t use sim signal in this area And second, there is no hot shower and only extremely cold water Everyon surprised it how much cold

The hostel itself is great. Clean and friendly staff. However, it is super hot in the rooms at night! I booked two nights. It was known that there was no AC, but for people who have problems with heat at night, this is definitely not a place! It was warmer than bearable. It was unbearably hot in the rooms, the air is stuffy and the windows are secured from the inside with padlocks, so opening them during the night for fresh air is not possible. Even when asked twice, the windows were not opened. I sweated so much that I ended up spending both nights in the air-conditioned communal area on the ground floor instead of in bed.

One of the worst experiences of my Life! Stay away from this hostel..they had a really unfair and unprofessional behaviour and decided to give to others my room once I had already booked and paid! Do not book with then or you will risk to receive an email from booking saying "Sorry your booking has been cancelled". Do not ruin your vacation!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
