A place you can relax and enjoy time with yourself and with your loved one . You can find very high quality in every details , from interior design to the facility and small things like towels . Did I mentioned the bath water is auto ? A single touch you can have just right temperature and the right amount of water …. Love it !

This is a wonderful and relaxing inn along the Kamogawa River. It was difficult to find at first, but I think it's convenient and easy to get a taxi. Although it is an old building, it is kept clean and well-equipped, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to use even if you brought your own wine.

It's a wonderful space. However, there was no information on the reservation site, and when I checked in, I was informed that the building next door was under construction, and I could see the soundproofing fabric from the construction work from my second-floor window. If you take a photo outside the window, you can see a lot of the cloth. The view of the Kamogawa River was supposed to be a big plus, but I felt cheated as I didn't know that when I made the reservation. Also, the drainage in the bathroom was not good, so things I left on the floor in the changing room got wet. There are stylish tableware, but there are no soup plates or bowls, so there is nothing to serve soup other than tea utensils and cups. Although the space is really nice, I was really disappointed by the construction work.

It was my first time staying at a guesthouse in Kyoto. The location is excellent, right in front of the Kamogawa River. I enjoyed relaxing and having dinner with my wife while watching the Kamogawa River on the second floor! It's just one house, so it's not spacious enough for a family of three. There is a Bluetooth speaker Have a party while playing your favorite songs I have small children so I prefer to eat outside. I'm glad I was able to take it easy. The child fell asleep on the way. I was impressed by how stylish the interiors were and how many of them had nice interiors. I will be repeating it again! !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
