Definitely will stay here again! Room was spacious (even with triple bed, we can open two large suitcase without any issues), room also clean, bed was comfortable, hot shower, toilet, everything works well and we got nice view of Kyoto Station with Shinkansen come and go, no problem with outside noise at all. Breakfast was included although not too much options and kinda same everyday, taste was okay. They also offer self takeout for breakfast because it can get crowded in the morning. Staff super friendly, they keep your luggage before & after check-in, amazed with their high tech check in procedure. Baby crib available but we choose not to use it due to it will reduce space to open large suitcase.

You can see the hotel as soon as you get out of the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, and you can enjoy it very easily. The location is very good. Breakfast is included at a reasonable price, but you shouldn't expect it. It is difficult to enjoy it quietly and comfortably because there are so many people. The room is spacious, but the room is noisy during the day because the hotel is under construction.

Location is great. Located at the quieter side of busy Kyoto Station. So it is easy to get trains and buses (important to get around Kyoto). Room is clean and of decent size. Check in and check out also smooth. Breakfast…..could be better but easy to get alternatives near by the hotel. Would stay here again.

Location is the best, it's directly opposite Kyoto Station where you can take Shinkansen as well. Great value. Rooms are small but it's clean and they have all the basic stuff that we need. Take the toiletries you need at the lobby before you head to the rooms. The hotel breakfast is pretty basic. Environment is quiet.

Great hotel. Location is very good nearly from Kyoto Station. The room is new and clean. Free amenities at the first floor. Bathroom is good. Total is very good (but only the free breakfast is not good.) Recommend for Kyoto accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
