        Very clean and spacious room. Ac worked perfectly and the shower was very good. We intended to stay 3 nights but stayed 7 nights extra because we liked it so much. The staff was very nice. Also there was a very cute cat, please pet him if you decide to book a night here!!

        The room buzzes all night, it's not the aircon as it was off. You can also hear a lot of road noise as it's very close to the main road. The room was clean and big. The TV is not a smart TV and for the price you would expect more. The staff do not base themselves on reception but can be called. The mountain views were very nice. It's not close to any tourist center.

        I highly recommend staying in a room and NOT a bungalow. They let us move to a room and it was SO MUCH better. The building was new, rooms are spacious, very clean, bright, lovely balcony. Great location for the price, I think it's great value. A short walk to the beautiful, quiet beach. Lots of good options for food nearby. The staff -- the couple running the place -- is AMAZING! Extremely helpful & friendly. They really did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The only downsides: internet was sometimes weak, but usually a reset helped; and a noisy boiler or something, but not a big deal.

        Rooms are large with king-sized bed, built-in desk and have A/C. Although quite basic everything is clean and well looked after for this price point. Small kitchenette in the back and decent sized washroom and electric water heater for shower. Can get dishes you need from the office. Little porch out front facing the parking lot. Quiet area with a nice garden with a clothes washer. The TV is CRT and not able to hook in HDMI. Thai channels only. USB stick plays some media but no sound. Couple running hotel are friendly and helpful. Stayed here a number of times and will again when I need. Located a short walk to the Soi 7 market. Can get everything you need with plenty of shops. 15 minute walk to the beach.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
