The staff are very welcoming and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole of the hotel is clean, tidy and airy, with a great roof top seating area where we enjoyed lunch and had some quiet time. Hard to believe in Thamel. Great spa as well where we had massages... knots now all out! Food is excellent and breakfast offered a good choice. We will be back!

The rooms are pretty small and the bathroom is even smaller. Two people can barely move in the bathroom. Happened to mistakenly break one of the glasses while pulling out a chord from the electricity socket which was really hard to use. was charged an extra 500 for a cheap glass that probably doesn't even cost 100 in the local market. The breakfast was pretty decent though. And the staffs were friendly.

Great location of a hotel makes it easy to get around. Rooms are small but very cosy, and nice bathroom. You have everything you need! I would suggest to have a business center with a computer or/and printer as that would help tourists a lot!

This property lies in the heart of Thamel and is well maintained. The rooms are very clean & hygienic with all amenities available in rooms. The beddings were also very comfortable and cushy. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. They make sure to help guests with all theirs needs in timely and efficient manner. They have a good breakfast spread as well with a mix of Indian, English and continental breakfast options. Other than that their overall menu is also pleasing and they serve really tasty dishes. They also also have a terrace restaurant where one can enjoy the holistic view of Thamel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
