The hotel location is close to department store. The room space is big enough. Unfortunately, the projector is unworkable. In addition, the rules of housekeeping is very strictly. I have booked 4 night stay. Just requested one time for cleaning floor. But it's rejected by reception staff due to late informed. If they can provide some flexible policy for housekeeping would be great. Everything is good except for housekeeping rules.

The hotel was great for a last minute find during holiday times. Was close to all train lines and Tokyo station to navigate from airport as well. The room was decent sized for a party of 3 since all hotel rooms around Tokyo are on a smaller side. Very clean and great front desk staff that spoke English well. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a 5 night 6 day stay at Karaksa Hotel Colors Tokyo Yaesu. For our first time in Japan, this hotel exceeded our expectations ! The price was definitely reasonable for the amount of time we stayed and for the location - super close to Tokyo station and the underground shopping! The room we stayed in was the comfort double wide twin room which comfortably fit our family of 4. The shower and toilet are separate from each other which is a plus. The room was very clean and we saw a glimpse of how housekeeping cleaned the other rooms and I must say that they definitely clean every single corner! They do an eco cleaning daily, which includes limited services, but you can request additional services at no additional cost just call the front desk before 9am day of. One of the best amenities of this hotel is their lounge open between 1pm to 10pm that includes free drinks and snacks + a coffee machine and microwaves. Lawsons and 711's are super close as well 😁 Definitely will stay here again!

Location is convenient. It’s near Nihombashi station and Tokyo station (underground and street connection) It’s close to Takashimaya, and we could walk to Ginza shopping area (or take a train for 2 stations) There’s a lounge for use, with free drinks and some light snacks. We got the comfort room with washing machine, highly recommended for family!

Great location steps away from Tokyo Station's Central gate. Breakfast was delicious and interesting every day serving different dishes daily. The lounge also served snacks all day long with a variety of drinks too. The room was great with much needed air conditioning in beginning August. Highly recommend this hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
