Stayed last September, it just took me a long time to write this review. Our accommodation was on the top/12th floor for 5 nights. This hotel is located within walking distance to Tsukiji Fish Market, Ginza. And it was my husband's wish to see Kabuki and this place is also about 15-20 min walk from Kabukiza. Starting with the check in process, staff were welcoming and courteous. It only took us a few minutes to get our room. Very nice and clean front desk area with my favorite room filled with snacks and drinks! Our room was super clean, quiet, shower and toilet were separated. And I will have to mention about the shower. My husband could not compliment enough about the shower with many options such as rain, massage, waterfall... he just loved taking the shower, lol! And my favorite was the Dyson hair dryer! For higher floor benefit, they also had another snack/drink bar on the 10th floor if I remember correctly, and if you don't feel like going all the way down to the front desk area. And one incident that I can't forget to mention. You don't usually see room attendant present, but I happened to encounter one in the hallway so asked to see if we could get extra towels since we declined the cleaning. After he said no problem, he ran the hallway to get the towels and came back like a Flush Man! I was soooo impressed as we don't get this kind of service often in United States. I am Japanese native, and made me appreciate my heritage. Typhoon was heading to Tokyo the day we were checking out to move onto Nagoya. We were deciding if we should stay another night to wait out or leave early, so we asked the front desk. And they assured me that they'll have accommodation for us if we decided to stay another night. We ended up leaving earlier but didn't mind if Typhoon kept us there for another night. I can go on and on about how great and impressed with Karakusa Hotel. I told my son that I will book this hotel for him when they are visiting Tokyo. Trust my review, you won't regret it. I am heading to Osaka next, and saw they have one there as well. I am sure Karakusa Hotel will be at the top of my list to choose from since I trust this brand now.

I would recommend this hotel to a group of friends, not for couples or families. It’s comparable to an American Holiday Inn: good value, great location but don’t expect more. Positive: - Location is great, Family Mart next door and close to subway station - Employees were very friendly - At check-in you will get vouchers for wine, Snacks are free Negative - Cleanest of the room was below Japanese Standards. The room was quite dusty, we found a hair on the pillow and pee stains on the toilet seats. This is a NoGo. - It was quite noisy in the room

The room was super comfy. The bathroom was amazing! I like the self service amenities too. Choice of sakes - superb! I would like to thank, Ms Nagashima for her outstanding service for being so observant and understanding of our needs. She went a step further to aid us making our start of our journey in Japan 🇯🇵 wonderful!

Located just right at the end of Ginza road next to Donki. Lobby is on the second floor. The place is still very new and I really love the room! The interior is in modern style with Japanese sensations. The room layout is very well designed. There are all amenities that you need, plus Dyson hair dryer 🤩 Bed is so comfy ~ Reasonable price for the location and the comfort we got from the hotel 😊 Definitely, this will be one of our top choices again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for three days at a unique hotel in the heart of Ginza. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the value for money and thoughtful amenities. The check-in process was smooth, taking place on the second level, where I was immediately drawn to the open concept mini lounge. This area was a delightful surprise, inviting all guests to relax and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. What truly set this hotel apart was the exclusive perk for guests staying on level 10: free-flowing beer 24/7. As a beer lover, this was an exceptional treat that I thoroughly enjoyed throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, featuring a huge, comfortable bed that would certainly accommodate families with children. The design was elegant yet practical, making it feel like a home away from home. From the attentive staff to the well-thought-out amenities, this hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, with family or solo, I would recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Ginza. Remember this hotel are not able to accommodate extra bed request .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
