Room is okay, not clean but acceptable. Location is excellent! Very very convenient! Staff service is horrible! Treat white people and asian on different way! The staff named 中村 service is the worst I have been seen! There are many similar price and quality hotels Nearby, would recommend you to choose other hotel. I visited to Japan more than 10 times! This is the worst service I have. Will not come back again!

It was a shame this was the hotel where we were spending the most nights in our Japan vacation. The rooms (we had 2) smelled like smoke and mold. It was booked through our tour-otherwise I would have switched hotels. The other 6 rooms of our tour mates reflected the same-smoke and mold smells. Yes, convenient location. Staff was very nice. I would never stay here again, and do not recommend this place. The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom is extremely inconvenient to maneuver around in. I slipped getting in/out of the bathtub multiple times. And the carpet was so dirty, I wore my slippers the entire time because I didn’t want my feet to touch the carpet. There was black mold in the bathroom shower.

Location was really convenient to take the subway Shijio line. Everywhere is walking distance away, nishiki, teramachi, 7-eleven, family mart. Room is spacious except for the toilet which was really small. But we are fine since we are not that big size. They even provide necessary toiletries from 1:30pm - 10:30pm(if I remember correctly) at the lobby which is very nice.

Rooms smelled like smoke and mold. The air vents are infested with mold. 40% of my tour got sick while staying in this hotel. This is a huge health and safety hazard.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
