2nd time coming back to Windsor Hills. Great resort offers many amenities with pool, waterslides, movie theater in club house, arcade, basketball, tennis, etc. Beautiful, well kept resort with great prices for weekly rentals and right outside Disney parks. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Richie’s condo was absolutely amazing and perfect!! We traveled with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and friends to visit Disney. The condo was decorated great with Disney photos and stuffed animals. The balcony was nice and relaxing in the early mornings. The pool was wonderful for our rest day. Our daughter loved the kids slides and play area. The pool itself was great and the market grill was a perk for a quick lunch. Richie was very prompt at responding to requests and questions. The condo is in a gated community with security, quick drive to Wal-Mart, and Richie’s short cut to Disney saved so much time!! If you’re questioning whether or not to book, trust me when I say. Just Book It!!!

This was a beautiful condo 6 members of my family enjoyed for 10 days. My granddaughter (8) especially loved the pool and water slides. The condo was very nice and it was minutes from all the parks. The kitchen was supplied with all dishes and utensils we needed and made it easy to cook meals. It was clean and comfortable and Richie was friendly and responsive to work with. I would recommend it to anyone needing a home away from home in the area.

Fair size rooms. Nice pool. Good security. Snack bar with icees. Live DJ. The bigger kiddie water park and bigger slides are not open yet. It's deceiving to let customers assume it's open, from the photos. Staff said a few more months. Just need a little attention on patio, it has mold/algee? A/C cannot be lower than 72 or pay a fee. I guess when they are done with water parks they can invest some more time in cleaning. The low switches are for handicap access. Needs more shade in pool area. Some people just leave their belongings and leave. Some of us want to sit in the shade and watch our kids. Over great but I want to leave room for improvement.

The Pool View Condo property at Windsor Hills was perfect for our family Disney vacation. Property was a very convenient location and was very clean and a wonderful layout. We had everything we needed and Richie was a very communicative host and was very responsive to answer any questions we had. We were able to have our Amazon groceries for the week delivered upon our arrive and had everything we need to prepare food. The pool and rest of the amenities were just outside of the condo and well maintained. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
