Very nice hotel! I spent a week here, and have no complaints. The hotel is located on the beachfront, but the two buildings extend pretty far away from the beach. Keep this in mind when booking a room - even the "beach view" rooms don't all have a view of the beach because of how the building is oriented. I booked a room without a beach view, located in the second building, a bit farther from the beach. Still, the walk from my room to the beach couldn't be longer than 5 minutes. The room itself is in a nice condition, no bugs or any other unwanted guests. The air conditioner worked great, which is a life saver! The only real complaint is the shower cabin, which has seen better days. The tap water quality seemed okay as well, although I didn't drink it. Also, no bedside power outlets, so bring an extension cord! Room service is good, kept the room clean and stocked every day. The included breakfast is a pretty standard buffet with the addition of delicious local fruit and a couple decently cooked Thai dishes. There's a small night market with lots of food options right next door, and most of the local food stalls and shops are around 20 minutes away on foot.

Nice rooms but beware of the mosquitoes specially if you're traveling with kids. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits and different type of juices, you can get good variety on egg foods. Best part was the nearby beach hardly 2 minutes walk from the room and the big Buddha view from gallery.

Gross and unfriendly. They kept us wait 1 hour for our room even we came 2 hours after checkin time, without saying anything. The hotel is just disgusting, was not properly cleaned and the room stinks like old air. The room was connected with another room, where loud noises were coming from russian couple. The beach is crowded by russian tourists too. breakfast was good though, but this hotel/beach Never again

Nice hotel with spacious room (we took deluxe double room). It's right i front of the beach so you can just cross the road and lounge yourself on one of the beach chairs and swim in the sea if that's what you are looking for. I think it's great value for money for what we get. It's quite quiet right now(dec 2021) because of covid and a lot of places have closed down so there weren't too many restaurants nearby but places are starting to open back up again. So its a food place to stay if you're looking for a quieter beach area. One thing though, is that there aren't too many power outlets in the room and especially not near the bed which means you can't have your phone charging right beside you when you sleep..

Room and shower are very nice and clean. Staff come everyday to clean up and restocks necessities Beach is across the street. Close to restaurants and other shops. Pretty swimming pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
