No Wi-Fi at all in the room or anywhere really The 1000thb rooms don't come with free breakfast No English speaking staff Location is on a very busy road. Far from Everything TV in the room is old outdated and no cable My sheets are old and torn The outlets do not hold the chargers they're outdated time power sources! The toilet flushes the water is hot and the room is secure but for 1000 baht it's still a no go ! And that's Thai price !

We planned to stay for a couple days. We had an open itinerary. They worked with us to accommodate our 4 children. They truly made us feel at home. We ended up staying for 2 weeks. The pool is amazing and the kids love their pancakes! Follow us on insta and tiktok @nakaventures

The room I was in is very big. Big balcony. Nice staff. Their English is not so good, so a bit difficult to communicate. Good and relatively big pool. 10 minutes walk from Karon Beach. No elevator. The location is bad. Far from everything.

Clean and very well presented OK budget place. Nice and very apccomodating staff, always want to make sure your Ok, small pool and place, but very suited for couples and not so many children. Breakfast just like all hotels in Thailand, after three or four days you've satisfied and not so much changes, but that is how it is. The shop next to the hotell is very nice and affordable compared to the shops at the beach (10 min walk), however Thailand is now getting into the too expensive place and the future is probably Burma (Myanmar) and Vietnam for western people (including Russia). . We have used the Orange car Phuket (quickly found in google)twice now and have been very satisfied both times

Good hotel to a really good price . Nice staff. Good breakfast, you could order xtra for free. Nice pool wich was cleaned every morning. Good pool bar with nice food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
