Was originally recommended by sister in law and so glad we used Sonder app- stress free stay! Apartment was so clean and beautiful and located in such a great location! Love how they have nice touches like a coffee voucher for us to try a local cafe and had great coffee to make us feel more welcomed! Everything to the app and location was wonderful! I will be using Sonder from now on and will return again to the altmayer building again! 10/10 ⭐️

Great place to stay. Very clean with almost untouched facilities. A very well-equipped kitchen: stove with oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker with a supply of paper filters, dishwasher, several pots and pans, cutting board, a large set of cutlery and plates, refrigerator with ice maker, ground coffee, tea set, salt, pepper, kitchen towels - paper and cloth, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, foil, etc. In addition, a TV with Roku (a streaming video player), also an HDMI cable to connect the TV to a laptop. Two ceiling fans, air conditioning. Washer and dryer, along with a substantial supply of laundry detergent. In the bathroom, basic toiletry kits (soap, body lotion) plus large packs of shower gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner on shelves by the bathtub. Three towels per person, plus a pair more in the bathroom cabinet for use, if needed. Numerous spotlights throughout the apartment, allowing for different lighting compositions as needed. Very neat common area - the hallway and entrance to the building. Great location in the city. Very close to the famous Leopold's ice cream parlor and the historic district with beautiful, stylish houses surrounded by greenery. Minuses? 1) In the apartment: you mustn't open the windows. The refrigerator is quite loud and, in my case, was very close to the bed. But if this is a problem, there is a set of new earplugs on the nightstand for each guest. 2) Outside the apartment: Parking problems - the paid parking zone is practically in all directions (be aware of the different hours of parking prohibition on certain streets). Nevertheless, the pros clearly outweigh the cons. For me, it was the best apartment I have ever stayed in (maybe I was lucky with a particular studio, co-guests did not make noise, and the weather was so great). I enjoyed the apartment and the city. Need I add that the proximity to the beach and ocean was priceless?

Perfect for privacy and less people. Secure measurements are in place. Two downsides for me were parking and thin walls. If you don't mind walking to and from a parking garage this would be fine. There is also paid parking (meter) and you can also purchase day pass up to 72hrs at a time and must follow parking rules. Overall stay was great. No issues with service and they were quick to respond to chat. I think this is my new way to stay.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! It was like a home away from home! A very prime and convenient location in the heart of Savannah! The service requests were addressed promptly. When I requested for extra, towels they were delivered in a very nice gift bag that said " Special Delivery ". Nice touch! The only suggestion that I have is that there should be more towels available for guests in rooms. Other than that...I'll definitely book again!

The Altmayer was absolutely amazing! Not only is it easy to book, the instructions were very clear and we had no issue checking in/out. I love that you do not have to check in at a desk, you have a code for the building, elevator, and room. Having a personal code for everything made it feel extremely safe. The altmayer is located right downtown, the parking was very easy to find as well & we were able to leave our car and walk to everything during our stay. The parking price was very reasonable for 3 days! I will definitely be back and I will book with Sonder again! A wonderful experience and the room was cozy and clean as well!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
