Staff responsive to request including parking, early check-in, upper floor, etc. Apartment was comfortable with 2 rooms and 2 full bath. The living room was comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. The washer and dryer was very nice to have. We will def come here again for future stays.

The rooms were super comfortable, especially the beds, ear plugs are needed and provided for the traffic noise. Location is easy to get any where in town and very close to the airport. Modern, upscale, trendy vibe. Easy to check in and out. Will stay there again when visiting our son.

Fantastic place to stay! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen. Easy for family to cook meals there. Great pool-loved the lounging chairs in the water. Just a block away from a large hotel/casino one way and shopping the other way. Great security system for parking and rooms.

The check-in instructions they send you two days prior to your arrival date were clear to understand and this made my check-in experience seamless and stress free! I appreciate the attention to detail in following these instructions. The Kasa was very comfortable, I was there for a week. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance and the amenities onsite are very nice! This will be my go-to place to stay whenever I am visiting Reno!

This place is simply TOP NOTCH. I am so happy we stayed here. The apartment was splendidly decorated and pristine. We felt like home. Both check-in and checkout went very smoothly, the community was very quiet, and a safe place with lots of things to do nearby. Agents were available 24/7 and incredibly kind when addressing questions and requests. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Reno.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
