Incredible value for the price. Staying here, I got an entire apartment unit right in the heart of the city (incredible view also) with in-unit laundry and a full kitchen, including dishware, coffee and tea, even cooking oil and salt/pepper grinders. There were extras for everything you might have needed in the room, from towels and sheets to dishwasher detergent. Checking in at the location took less than a minute and I was checked out even faster. Their online support was very professional and courteous and easy to reach, all I ever had to do was text them. They checked in via text every few days to make sure everything was still going fine. My only small complaint was the room seemed a little scuffed up from use, but given the price I paid, I was more than willing to look past that. Highly recommended, wonderful experience all around.

I visited the Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago in early October 2023 for the purpose of spending some time in Chicago and running the Chicago Marathon. I booked the 1 King Bedroom High Floor flat (14th Floor) and for anyone where the price range is within budget look no further. For the price of a hotel you get a real apartment to live in that feels like a proper home. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the consumables that you require without a need to buy any extras. The kitchen/ living room area is spacious (even for US standards; for European standards it is very spacious; and for Far East standards the flat is huge). The bathroom is also very spacious and there were no issue with hot/ cold water/ lights/ cleanness of surfaces and consumables (towels/ toilet paper). The bedroom was also very spacious and had the usual walk in wardrobe found in the US (which is not common in Europe and Asia). The curtains were thick an enabled a good sleep irrespective of light pollution that you expect in a downtown area full of skyscrapers. The double glazed windows also helped dampen the sound of noise from outside and most importantly ambulances and police cars at night which can be a regular occurrence in downtown Chicago. The safety of the apartment itself is really good (particularly given that Chicago has attracted bad publicity recently) and the establishment is in a very safe neighbourhood that feels safe even late at night. The establishment is accessible 24 hours per day and there is a reception for most hours of the day. Last but not least I want to highlight the trouble free check in and check out process which makes it very easy if you have an early morning flight and want a hassle free check out.

The location is excellent! There is a parking garage attached to the building so you can park there. I am not endorsing anyone, we used Spot Hero App and reserved parking, was pleased garage was attached to the building, you don't have to use any sidewalks if you have luggage, straight from garage to lobby. The apartment is excellent location ... I know .. I said this already, but it really is! Walking distance to shopping, food, etc. The unit was clean, well laid out design, and we enjoyed our stay there. We stayed two nights. The kitchen has sufficient pots and pans if you end up cooking your basic meals. Stove and oven. There is a Whole Foods across the street so you can stock up on food, spirits, or sweet snacks. The bathrooms have shampoo and conditioner, bath wash so you don't have to bring anything, just your toothbrush and paste. Only a small note ... there were no dressers in the bedrooms ... if you are staying a long time ... you need to be aware. There were hangers and plenty of closet space with extra pillows, sheets, blankets and hangers, but for socks and other items ... well, there is a wire shelf in the bathroom to put items on or keep them in your suitcase. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Loved the attached garage and the location! If you want to visit the Chicago "Bean" and that part of Chicago ... probably a 25-minute walk. If you want to walk to lake, probably about a 15-minute walk. Again, we loved the location, we loved the parking, we loved the apartment and would not hesitate to rent again. In fact, we plan to stay there again when the in-laws come and visit.

Highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to visit Chicago for business or pleasure. My partner and I visited Chicago for a 5 day vacation and enjoyed our stay. We typically stay in hotels when we go on vacation, but decided to give Kasa a try after seeing the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Additionally we wanted to pack light, which required easy access to a washer/dryer, and this Kasa had them in the closet next to the kitchen. The balcony was lovely, and a nice feature if you wanted to go outside and relax while listening to the sounds of the city.

Wow! Cancelled a known go-to at the last minute because the rate was ridiculous. I was nervous because the location and photos seemed too good to be true but I'll never stay anywhere else in Chicago again! SUPER smooth check in and out process (fast, efficient, no key cards or front desk lines), apartment building is a block from the red line and Whole Foods. I had a one bedroom apartment with balcony, brand new furniture and super comfy bed (plus full kitchen stocked with coffee and tea and dishes, backup items including premium TP, nice soaps, multiple sets of fluffy towels), a great location and no hassle. I felt more like a local than a guest and I paid a fraction of what I would have for a decent but more dated and tiny room down the street. Can not recommend enough! My only hesitation is I don't want it to be discovered to the point that it becomes tough to get a room!
