We had a terrific stay at our Kasa property. It was clean, convenient, adequately supplied with everything we might need, including clothes washing pods. In addition, the cost for a week was way less than a hotel & meals out.

Wonderful experience all the way around, and we hope to return soon. The unit was EXACTLY as pictured, and was IMMACULATELY clean. Building was quiet and location seemed safe and secure. My wife and I (both retired) felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood, there were lots of residents out walking their dogs at all hours of the day. Some reviews mentioned the narrow window blinds let in too much light but it wasn't an issue in our unit; but full disclosure, our bedroom window faced north and December skies were cloudy for our 5 night stay. The unit was well stocked with coffee, tea, linens, towels, paper towels/tissues, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soaps, etc. Basically, everything was exactly as advertised and we had no reason to engage the Kasa help desk for assistance. Check-in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Stayed here with some friends for Riot Fest. Super easy access to transit and lots of great bars and restaurants right around the building. The unit we stayed in was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out were super easy. I had to reach out to customer service to get a larger room when I had another friend join the trip and they got back to me super quickly. Super great experience!

This stay was very disappointing. Check-in/out was easy, the building itself was nice, self parking was definitely a plus, and the location was good. The room however was not good. To preface, you are charged a mandatory cleaning fee. The room was dirty upon arrival. The floor turned my socks black, the bathroom had hair all over it. The toilet seat still had someone else's bodily fluid on it, the walls are scuffed up all over the place, the bed has very visible stains, the bed was completely missing the top sheet, just the fitted sheet and blanket, and the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. They offered to send someone to clean again, which was a nice gesture, but would have been inconvenient and I didn't have much faith given how it was "cleaned" the first time. While I certainly appreciate good water pressure the shower was actually painful. It felt like showering with a fire hose. It takes a layer of skin off. If it wouldn't have been such a financial burden I honestly would have abandoned this reservation and went and stayed somewhere else.

Our Kasa was perfect in every way! It was beautiful, the view was awesome, location was great, and it had everything we wanted and needed. The customer service was great as well, including the instructions for entering the building and room-very thorough. We could not have been happier!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
