Overall very satisfied with our stay and I recommend Kasa South Side Pittsburgh if you are looking for great location, pet friendly area, amenities, restaurants, and being close to downtown Pittsburgh. The apartments were spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. Everything was well stocked for our 3 nights stay (paper towels, toilet papers, trash bags, shampoo, etc.). The amenities were great with heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. Excellent location with everything you need from restaurants, grocery store, coffee, dessert places within walking distance. Pet friendly with a dog park just minute walk away. Being able to take my dog on a walk in the morning along the Monongahela river is a plus. Communication with the host was excellent. Quick response time. One thing to note is parking, which is not included. The fee was $16 per day with various hourly rate options as well. Once you have a parking account set up, it was easy to enter and leave the garage throughout the day. We would consider staying at Kasa again without a doubt. Thank you Kasa for being a great host and providing a great place for our family.

This place checks all the boxes – clean rooms, a bed that's really comfortable and straightforward check-in instructions to get to my Kasa. Plus, they even granted my early check-in request as we got into Pittsburgh pretty early in the afternoon. The neighborhood is a win with awesome bars and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely check out Hofbrauhaus across the street for authentic German beer and food! Felt like home on the road!

Very Unsatisfied with our stay. Highly recommend you find somewhere other than kasa to stay with. The virtual check-in was very stressful and hard to understand. Upon arrival we found our room poorly cleaned. The coffee maker was filthy with old grinds covering it. The TV didn't work not a big deal and we didn't need it fixed during our stay but I was never contacted about the problem. We found dirty laundry (bathing suits) left in the washer from the previous visit and dust everywhere. Stains on the carpets and couch. On check-in we noticed damage to the refrigerator drawers and unfortunately made the mistake in not contacting kasa about it. After check out I received an email saying I was charged $150.00 for the damaged drawer that they cannot prove was done during my stay.we will never consider staying with them again and hopefully you won't either. If your housekeeping staff missed all the problems we found then they have no credibility in saying we caused the damage. They never apologized for the room condition just concerned about stealing our money for damages we didn't do. Thanks again for stealing $150.00 you thieves.

We absolutely loved staying here. Our room was super spacious – only complaint is it was on the ground floor that lead to a walkway, so we had to keep our blinds closed. But otherwise it was super clean and in a safe building/neighbourhood. As for the neighbourhood, we're so glad we stayed in South Side instead of downtown, it had so much to do and was bustling with great bars and cafes. No on-site concierge which was fine for us. We only had to contact them once via WhatsApp and it was resolved rather quickly.
