The nicest hotel in all Fira. Old style with old furniture. If you dont except something luxuries this will be great choice. We had the best room! from all the windows we see caldera view but bathroom was really old and need change bathtub and ceramic around. Personal was very pleasure. Breakfast was small but still enough.

Perfectly located with spectacular views overlooking the Caldera. Property split over multiple levels nested into the sides of the hill, beautiful reception and breakfast area and other private retreats including small pool and restaurant. Restaurant was closed during our short stay but plenty of choices across and along the street.

Bora is amazing! Very nice and helpful owner of this amazing place, great great view of caldera from all the rooms, perfectly fine breakfast every morning with really good food and drinks to get ur day started. A lot of the activities in the neighborhood can be arranged and called by Bora, such that you as a guest don't have to figure it out and look up all the information urself, there's enough to explore on Santorini, and plenty of locals and guides who can tell you all about it, and/or give you tips what to visit. The rooms are very clean and better than you could expect from an hotel with 8 suites. We had some problems with the shower and toilet, but after communicating with the staff, it was fixed by the end of the day. We were also very happy to get a free upgrade to the family suite, which "wasn't occupied anyways" according to Bora :-) Special thanks to Marius(not sure about his name) for picking us up from the main road, searching for us when we arrived there, and walk with us, 2 minutes up the mountain with our luggage. Really makes your guests feel special... Speaking for myself, my first time in Greece is definitely not gonna be my last time, thanks to Kastro Suites who takes great care of their guests, and makes sure they get an amazing and unbothered(!) holiday👍

Amazing hotel located right in front of the great Santorini caldera. Family room was perfect for us. No fancy rooms but instead a typical Greek island room. The view from the room and the terrace is just one of the best I ever had to experienced. If you are looking for a room with a great view on the caldera this hotel is for you. Price was correct considering the price in Fira. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect. Service was top ! Thank you for such amazing moment.

Extraordinary view. Just steps from one of the main tourist photography spots. Near the cable car as well. Staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Very much recommend! Prime location by many shops and restaurants!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
