Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my incredible experience at Kata Palm Resort in Phuket. The staff there were excellent, always friendly and ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool was so refreshing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I stayed there for the second time, and it was such a great getaway. I highly recommend Kata Palm Resort to anyone looking for an amazing vacation. Can't wait to go back! 😊🌴

Wonderful Hotel. Beautiful Thai decor style. Very sweet staff, nice pools. Beautiful bathroom with a rain shower head. Huge beds :) White towels for showering and red ones for pool and the beach 😊 I still have some constructive criticism: - The mattress was a bit too hard. -A/C gets pretty cold even if set on lowest setting. - Because the breakfast area is outside, there are mosquitos and also a lot of wasps on the jam. Hence why we were never able to get any jam. - At the last day it was a bit chaotic at the reception. Seems like some customers have to pay 3000 baht caution (like us) and some don't. Because we had to mention that we had the caution, as if it wasn't obvious. We then got the cash back, minus the amount of the mini bar and restaurant consumption.

Very nice traditional thai architecture looking hotel! The bedrooms are beautiful and super clean. Modern style bathroom with shower and rain shower. Wooden style balcony overlooking the jungle pool.. Honestly very beautiful and perfect location, 7 minutes walk from Kata Beach. All the members of staff are absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly. We didn’t had any issue during our stay, everything was fine. A special mention to Chichi (Sutisa) the tour guide agent who has her office next to the entrance, she has been extremely helpful to select the tours to do with my elderly parents. She was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent prices.

It would have been grand in its day, but needs a refurbishment. Pools are lovely, rooms comfortable huge King bed. Breakfast very good, a great location, air con. great, gardens surrounds are beautiful, but need a few dead branches and rubbish picked up in allley way. House maids are very good and friendly and helpful. Very little English spoken. Shuttle bus to beach great for us oldies. Restaurants and bars very close by, mini mart next door. All good, hotel just a bit dark and clunky.

Not any good for disabled guests at all. Not very clean, the cleaner's need training in all aspects of the job. Smells of sewerage everywhere. Ants all over breakfast dining room. Same food everyday, food bland, boring and undercooked. The staff are very lovely and polite. Place is very noisy with loud work happening constantly

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
