Loved this place. The style and a very welcoming team. We had the poolside deluxe room. Was perfect, large, lovely and quiet. We were in the second block after the pool. Easy walk to the beach.

Loved our 2 week stay in June 2023. Location is great with beach only a 5 minute walk and many restaurants even closer.Rooms were large. Yes they are older and a little worn however very clean and tidy. For the money it is great value. Pool is large and clean. Staff were attentive, friendly and made our stay wonderful.

This hotel is so well located and so so beautiful! The room so spacious with a bath tub and a shower, the towels folded in a way that they take life as an elephant ; )) the pool is so big and the staff very friendly ♡ I recommend 200%

Very positive experience. Location, clean, good beds and decent breakfast. But restaurant for dinner is made very western. Little on flavours. I see some Russians complain about cleanness, but it's not true. But this is grumpy disrespectful people. Hotel is great, and price is good consider high season. Very fast and good 5g WiFi. Drops out a few times, but very fast and good for office work. Reception is always smiling and polite.

Convenient to Kata beach (more than other places which are blocked by a huge resort) with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, quiet at night, can sleep well. Pool is big and clean (if shallow and decor a bit old). It's totally aircon dependent (no fly screens) so you can't leave windows open. We thought it was good value and stayed almost a week.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
