Pros: Location within walking distance to the wonderful Kata beach and Kata night market (though the smaller one towards the south - ie towards the beach - is better). Room is really spacious, cleaned daily, with two bottles of water daily. Breakfast is okay: love the omelette and fresh fruit, but otherwise unremarkable. Staff are always helpful and smiling. There was always a parking space for our car. Cons: Rather expensive for what it is. Pool is big enough to do laps but can get overrun by kids. Water in pool looks dirty but was actually okay. Room has mosquitoes - we asked and promptly got the room sprayed by housekeeping staff, but bought and used mosquito coil for rest of stay. Old style tap in bathroom. Didn’t use bath tub as the shower was more than adequate. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a convenient stay in Kata.

I was honestly kinda skeptical when we arrived because of the mixed reviews but wow was I wrong. This place is great! It is a great place which is very closely located to all vital Kata vacation essentials. The room was spacious, the staff was polite and the room cleaned and refills of water on a daily basis. The rumours about the breakfast are partially true. The food is pretty good and they do change one or two things on the menu everyday which was lovely as the food wasn't too monotonous (which was my fear). However, good luck ever seeing a croissant! I was lucky once but never saw one again. They did offer cakes, pancakes and waffles (fully stocked) and they were delicious. Overall my stay at the resort was WONDERFUL. They do need to look into renovating their rooms (old taps in the tub and some paint peeling on the walls) but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would go back!

The rooms smell really bad, the Aircon is so loud it's almost impossible to sleep with it on. The resort is filled with obese Russians filling their faces with the very average breakfast. For the same price we've stayed in far far better hotels in every other part of Thailand. One night we ordered two pizzas which were over priced and disgusting. 3 star resort which costs 4 star prices. What a joke

1. The accommodation and hotel rooms are outdated and need a deep clean. Housekeeping was sporadic, would be snappy when requesting to clean the room well after midday at times and then berate me when I used a swimming tool on the tiled floor so my son didn’t slip over. 2. Reception and Management were rude and obnoxious. When questioned over this, the Manager advised me they were just “busy”. 3. Location okay and central but spend a bit more and get something decent and comfortable for your family to enjoy your holiday in without the tripe from the hotel staff!

Not the worst hotel in Phuket but almost. The ratings are fake, don’t trust on it. Breakfast is not clean for kids! You have to walk 1KM to beach! If you broke a glass in hotel they will charge you a Porsche. The hotel is very very old! All towels are broken! Best luck, save your time in vacation! Don’t wast yourself on such kind of hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
