Stayed one night. We checked in late in the evening, the room was hot and stuffy - 26-28 degrees. The windows don't open. The air conditioner circulated air throughout the room, but did not cool. At the same time, it was cool in the common areas of the hotel, that is, the air conditioners worked well there. At first we were promised that the air conditioner would be fixed in 10 minutes. We were then told that the air conditioning was centrally controlled - any changes to the system would take 2 hours to take effect. We were not offered to change our room. Our child asked to sleep in the lobby because it was cool there - the hotel room was so hot!

I stayed one night in the hotel because of a long flight schedule. I forget my headphones, I write them an email and they didn't have any problem to send me the headphones to Spain it only took two days to arrive. I really like they hotel and the professional way that they made everything.

This is an old hotel in a neighborhood called Gokevler in Esenyurt. My room was pretty good and functional, except that the towels were worn out. It is quite far from the city of Istanbul. The lobby is spacious with some large crystal chandeliers. The entrance to the restaurant (serving the breakfast buffet), is from the lobby. It is quite small restaurant but good enough.

We had a wonderful week staying at Kaya Hotel! Their staff, food and service was top notch! We felt like royalty staying here! I've never seen such impressive spreads and offerings of amazing food!! My only complaint was that they painted part of the ceiling in our room the one day, which made it have an awful chemical smell that gave me a headache. Thankfully by late that night it was better because we didn't want to have to change rooms because of it. We liked that we could take a short walk and shop at the local mall - what a treat!

Hotel situated near busy roads and quite a walk from any shop. Were there for 7 days we checked in after midnight got to the room had a hassle with keys to room not working eventually got into the room and my bed was broken so put mattress on the floor due to having a bad back. And spoke to staff the next morning and we were giving a different room. Room was OK windows didn't open it was very hot and aircon was pretty pointless so at times it was cooler outside than inside I would hate to stay there in summer. Asked for laundry service they said they will send someone to our room so we used them twice to wash a couple of shirts and trousers we asked the lady when she brought cloths back to us how much and she said it's OK so both times we used the service we give her 200 and 300 tl for her help upon checking out they say I owed nearly 3000tl £85 ISH. I WAS GOBSMACKED. for 2 washes they wanted nearly £85 1 male staff behind the counter wes cheeky and made my emotions even worse. I would have rather washed my clothes in the fountain outside the hotel than pay that sort of money. I would avoid staying at this hotel at all costs. And due to the sudden room change our mini bar had not been filled up so waiting to see if they try to rip me off again and charge me for using an empty minibar. Breckfast was OK good selection but everything else was terrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
